What this policy covers
This policy explains how Contora Studio handles personal information when you visit this website, contact the studio, or submit a project brief. It applies to information collected through this site and the conversations that follow from an enquiry.
The site is intended for business enquiries. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Information we receive
When you send a project brief, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, project type, indicative budget, timing, and project context.
The website may also receive limited technical information including device type, browser, approximate location, referring page, and interactions with the site. This information is used in aggregate to understand performance and improve the experience.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a project is a good fit, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, improve the website, and protect the studio from misuse or security threats.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use project-enquiry details to add you to unrelated marketing lists without a clear choice.
Services and processors
We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, forms, email, analytics, file storage, scheduling, and project operations. They receive only the information required to perform their role and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential storage to operate reliably and, when enabled, privacy-conscious analytics to understand visits and page performance. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should only be activated with the consent required in the visitor’s location.
You can limit non-essential cookies through your browser or any consent controls presented on the site. Blocking essential storage may affect parts of the experience.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, meet contractual or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or highly sensitive personal information through the project form.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, email hello@contora.studio. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority if you believe your information has been handled improperly.
Updates and contact
We may revise this policy when the website, studio services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@contora.studio. Contora Studio works from Tbilisi with clients and collaborators worldwide.
